United States

We ship to all areas within the United States, including:

  • All US postcodes, including remote areas

International shipping is not available at this time.


Processing Time

Processing Schedule

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are processed within 2–3 business days

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends begin processing the next business day

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US bank holidays

  3. Keep all original packaging materials

We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.


Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Contact us after the maximum delivery timeframe has passed

  3. We will investigate with the carrier

Once the loss is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued.
